These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website ecadoris.com (the "Site"), operated by Ecadoris S.A. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Identification of the owner
Ecadoris S.A., Tax ID (RUC) 1793215689001, registered with the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador (File No. 178932 of 14 March 2023). Registered office: Av. República del Salvador N35-146 and Suecia, Mansión Blanca Building, Floor 8, Quito, Ecuador.
2. Subject matter
The Site offers information on real-estate crowdlending services. The effective contracting of deals is carried out through an additional process of registration, KYC verification and electronic signature of the corresponding loan agreement.
3. Access and registration
To invest you must be of legal age (18+), hold a valid Ecuadorian cédula or passport and pass the anti-money-laundering checks (UAFE).
4. Risk warning
Lending through real-estate crowdlending involves risk of partial or total loss of capital. Target returns are not guaranteed. Always read the project sheet and the risk opinion before committing funds.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the brand, logo, texts, graphics, code and databases, is the property of Ecadoris S.A. and is protected under the Organic Code of the Social Economy of Knowledge, Creativity and Innovation.
6. Limitation of liability
Ecadoris shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use of the Site or from investment decisions made by the user.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the civil courts of the canton of Quito, province of Pichincha, save where mandatory law provides for a different forum.
8. Amendments
We may amend these Terms by publishing the new version on the Site, indicating the last-updated date.
